At any time, one or more stream licenses may be added to a FlashScan V2 device. Stream licenses allow unlimited tuning for specific engine and/or transmission controllers, in this case the E37 Engine controller.
Previous purchase of FlashScan V2 with GM Tuning is required for this product.

Customers who purchase the E37 Stream License should consider purchasing of the matching Transmission Controller Stream License.
There is no requirement to return your FlashScan hardware to EFILive. Stream Licenses are delivered via email during regular New Zealand business hours.
Purchase two or more stream licenses for one FlashScan device in a single transaction to receive the following discounts.

The VIN License Rebate program allows you to discount the purchase price of a stream based on the number of VIN license purchases you have made for one FlashScan device. For each VIN license that you have purchased, EFILive will rebate up to US$50 of the cost of those VIN licenses as a discount on any Stream purchase, up to a maximum discount of 50%.
To receive your rebate, customers MUST Contact EFILive to calculate the rebate prior to placing their order. Customers will be issued a discount coupon to use in our online store to adjust the value of their purchase.
