EFILive Limited warrants that the FlashScan or AutoCal device, connectors and cables, will be free from defective materials and/or workmanship and will perform according to EFILive’s advertised specifications for a period of 12 months from the date of purchase.

If the FlashScan or AutoCal device, connectors or cables fail during the 12 month warranty period EFILive, at its sole discretion will:

• REPAIR the faulty component(s) OR
• REPLACE the faulty component(s) OR
• REFUND the purchase price (excluding any shipping and handling charges).

This warranty, and any implied warranties that may exist under local law, applies only to the original purchaser of a FlashScan or AutoCal device.

This warranty does not cover loss or damage caused by misuse or other external causes, including but not limited to:

• Removal of or damage to the “Warranty void if removed” sticker.
• Accidental or deliberate damage.
• Incorrect connection of peripheral devices.
• Incorrect connection of power supply (including incompatible power inverters).
• Any modifications or attempted modifications.

This warranty does not cover shipping or handling costs incurred when returning your FlashScan or AutoCal device to EFILive or an authorized EFILive Agent or Reseller.

All products returned to EFILive must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before any warranty claim can be assessed or repair work carried out.
